Your family's privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information SpanishJoy — operated by Creavista, Inc. — collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to schedule and deliver great lessons.

Information we collect

• Parent contact details — your name and email address, so we can schedule lessons and communicate with you.
• A little about your child — first name, grade, and current Spanish level, which you provide when you book, so Ms. García can plan the right lesson.
• Scheduling information — the times you book and your time zone.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card number.

Children's privacy

SpanishJoy is designed for parents and guardians to enroll their children. We do not knowingly collect more information about a child than the parent provides at booking (first name, grade, and level). We do not sell children's information or use it for advertising. A parent may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing us.

How we use your information

• To schedule, deliver, and improve your child's lessons.
• To communicate with you about bookings, reminders, and support.
• To process payments and manage memberships.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Service providers we use

We use trusted third-party tools to run SpanishJoy, and we share only the information needed for each to do its job:

• Cal.com — scheduling and bookings.
• Video platform — to hold the live online lessons.
• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Email — to send confirmations and updates.

These providers maintain their own privacy practices for the data they handle.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your choices & rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your and your child's information, or to stop non-essential emails, at any time. Just email hola@spanishjoy.com and we'll take care of it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it was last revised.
